Q-TEX are one of Scotland 's biggest and longest running dance acts. Formed In 1991 by Scott Brown who later teamed up with singer Gillian Tennant, Q-TEX went on to become Scotland 's top live act. After live appearances on ITV, BBC1 and Radio 1, Q-TEX unleashed their potential with massive tracks such as 'Power of Love' and the chart topping 'Believe'.
Throughout the 90's, the bands' popularity grew and grew not only in the UK but also abroad, with appearances all over Europe and Australia . Their popularity not only grew with their fans, but also with magazines and radio, picking up numerous awards including best single, best live act and even 'babe of the year' for Gillian!
Having taken a rest from the recording side of things due to differences between the band and their former record label, Q-TEX are back in the driving seat with a recent release on 'Evolution Records' as well as releases in America, Japan & Spain (their most recent release getting a10/10 review in the Spanish 'DJ1' magazine).
While Scott has taken a back seat from the live show, Gillian continues to woo the crowds with her angelic voice and frantic dancers. Don't miss this live show, as it's one never to be forgotten.
